Welcome to Little Loop Resale (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• We sell items on behalf of clients under a 50/50 sales split unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse items that are unsafe, broken, recalled, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
   
• Items will be listed for up to 3 weeks.
   
  • Week 1: Full listed price
     
  • Week 2: 30% off
     
  • Week 3: 50% off
     
  • After 3 weeks, unsold items will be donated to charity.
     

• Clients are responsible for ensuring items are clean and in usable condition.
   
• Free pickup is offered for the first transaction within 10 miles. After that:
   
  • $5 pickup within 5 miles
     
  • $10 pickup within 10 miles
     
• All pickups and drop-offs must be scheduled in advance.
   

• Payouts to clients are made through Venmo, Zelle, or another agreed method after the item sells and the transaction is complete.
   
• Sales are considered final once completed. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered.
   

• We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in our possession.
   
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before pickup.
   
• We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of purchased items.
   

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
