Welcome to Little Loop Resale (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Terms & Conditions
By selling items through Little Loop Resale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Item Condition:
All items must be clean, in good working condition, and include all original parts or components. Items that are damaged, excessively worn, stained, broken, or missing key pieces may not be accepted.
- Safety Standards:
We do not accept car seats, bases, or boosters that have been involved in any accident, regardless of severity. All car seats must be complete with all parts, labels, and not past their expiration date.
- Recalls:
Items that have been recalled for safety or quality reasons will not be accepted. It is the seller’s responsibility to verify that items are not subject to manufacturer recalls before submitting them.
- Pricing & Sales:
Little Loop Resale determines pricing based on brand, condition, and market demand. Prices may be adjusted at our discretion, including weekly markdowns to encourage sales.
- Payouts:
Sellers receive 50% of the final sale price once the item sells. Payments are sent via Venmo or Zelle within 3–5 business days after the sale.
- Unsold Items:
Items that do not sell within 3 weeks are donated to local charities or family resource centers. Sellers can request return of unsold items before that period by contacting us.
- Liability:
Little Loop Resale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been dropped off or picked up.
- Acceptance:
By submitting items for resale, you agree that all items meet the above standards and that you have full ownership and rights to sell them.
